00:11 It is a very beautiful thing.
00:12 Shahji Qibla,
00:13 the Prophet (PBUH) has just said something about wisdom.
00:16 So, Allah is giving permission to His servants,
00:20 the followers of the Beloved (PBUH),
00:21 that you can get married up to four times in a time.
00:24 Is there any special wisdom behind this?
00:26 And has He also shed some light on its meaning?
00:28 So that this topic becomes clear.
00:30 Yes, Saftar Bhai, as you have said,
00:33 that we are answering each question in a way that is appropriate
00:36 so that we can understand it.
00:38 Correct.
00:38 Now, the question you have asked,
00:40 the women of Islam will also have to understand its wisdom.
00:43 So that this society can be established on the principle of balance.
00:47 In this same Ayat-e-Mubarak, which we are discussing today,
00:51 in it, Hazrat Zia-ul-Ummah Justice Pir Muhammad Karam Shalazari
00:54 (RA) in his commentary, says,
00:57 that we are going to understand two things.
00:59 The first thing, as the Qibla has also pointed out,
01:02 that men have to understand that in this Ayat-e-Mubarak,
01:06 no command has been given that is obligatory,
01:08 obligatory or obligatory, that two, three, four must be done.
01:11 This is a permission.
01:12 This is not mandatory.
01:13 Yes, this is a permission.
01:15 Not obligatory, not obligatory, not obligatory.
01:18 This permission has been given.
01:21 And then, on the basis of each person's personal matters,
01:27 with good intentions,
01:28 he can benefit from the permission and permission given by Allah and His Messenger.
01:32 This is the basic thing.
01:33 Very good. Very positive.
01:34 The second thing is that this permission,
01:37 this permission is not also not unconditional.
01:39 It has been conditioned and restricted with extremely strict conditions.
01:45 If a person can fulfill those conditions,
01:48 can fulfill the Nano-Nafqa, can establish justice,
01:51 then he can also take advantage of this permission.
01:54 These are two things that men have to understand.
01:57 Now, women have to understand why permission has been given.
02:00 The first thing is that in today's modern medical science,
02:06 and in ancient medicine,
02:08 in ancient and modern medicine,
02:09 it is a common practice that the nature of men is different from that of women.
02:15 They are not the same.
02:16 Their qualities, their needs are different.
02:19 Chemistry is different.
02:20 Different.
02:21 This principle has to be kept in mind.
02:22 So, the nature of men is different from that of women.
02:25 The fourth thing is that the nature of men is more than that of women.
02:35 Yes, that is correct.
02:36 The reason for this is that there is less in women
02:38 because the conditions that she has to go through later,
02:42 because the topic is such that we have to talk openly,
02:46 in which there is a state of stability,
02:47 in which there is a state of stability,
02:49 those conditions are such that men do not have to go through them.
02:53 Therefore, he feels free.
02:56 So, when the one who creates the nature in his nature has kept this freedom,
03:00 then who are we to restrict it?
03:03 Therefore, this principle has to be kept in mind.
03:06 Then, in most countries, the birth rate of women is higher than that of men.
03:11 This is also true.
03:12 When it is higher than that of men, then for the safety of women,
03:15 it is necessary for the honor of women
03:17 that men should take care of more than one woman.
03:20 In our country, it is the same.
03:21 In our country, it is the same.
03:23 The percentage that we see in educational institutions,
03:26 the percentage that we see in educational institutions
03:29 of students and students is very high.
03:33 You are from a university,
03:34 so the ratio is in front of you.
03:36 So, it is necessary for the safety of the generation
03:40 that men are not only given the permission to love,
03:45 but they should be brought under this restriction and responsibility
03:47 so that they know that they have to fulfill their duties.
03:50 And the five principles of Shariah,
03:53 where it is about the protection of religion,
03:54 the protection of intellect,
03:55 the protection of wealth,
03:57 there is also the protection of the generation.
03:59 So, it is necessary for the protection of the generation.
04:01 And then women should also understand
04:03 that men have a free nature.
04:06 Shariah has also given permission.
04:07 Nature is also free.
04:09 Shariah has also given permission.
04:10 Mufti Sahib has also supported.
04:13 Now, the first wife and her children
04:15 have to decide themselves.
04:16 The sentence is harsh, but the topic is important.
04:19 They have to decide themselves
04:20 whether the second wife or the second mother
04:23 is acceptable for their father or for their husband
04:25 or whether their relationship is acceptable.
04:28 What will they accept now?
04:29 When Shariah has given permission,
04:32 then we should live our lives according to it,
04:34 while remaining within this framework.
04:36 Viewers, we have to move towards the discourse.
04:38 This is a very important topic
04:41 and perhaps it is also a matter of time.
04:43 There are already many hesitations and confusions on this.
04:46 Through today's session,
04:48 we will try to find a solution to some of the problems
04:50 and to clarify some of the messages
04:53 that what our religion, our Shariah,
04:54 our customs say about this.
04:56 I understand that this is a very balanced discussion.
05:00 On behalf of Mufti Sahib,
05:01 we will include the words of Dr. Sajid.
05:03 Sajid, it is our pleasure
05:05 that Mufti Sahib and Dr. Sajid are together
05:08 because both are very good colleagues.
05:10 They are not only good speakers,
05:12 they are also very good listeners.
05:14 They participate in every good couplet
05:15 and they draw the emotions themselves.
05:17 What do you call this? Listening?
05:18 Yes, it is very good.
05:19 In our language, we call it listening.
05:21 This is a blessing, Mufti Sahib.
05:23 Come, Sajid bhai.
05:24 Shahji is present, Mufti Sahib is present.
05:25 What do you choose?
05:26 Since Mufti Sahib and the Holy Prophet (saw) have arrived,
05:31 I will present a few verses from Manqabat.
05:33 This is very good. It is a very good topic.
05:34 Bismillah.
05:35 O! Why does my heart not call out to faith?
05:57 O! Why does my heart not call out to faith?
06:11 The one who has the Master, Muhammad (saw) has the Master, Ali (as)
06:34 The one who has the Master, Muhammad (saw) has the Master, Ali (as)
06:46 He is the door of knowledge, but he is alone, Ali (as)
07:07 When someone calls out to him, he comes to help.
07:21 The man of truth, the lion of God, the one who is in trouble, Ali (as)
07:32 The one whose face is to be looked at, worship is his fate.
07:58 He is the Prophet's (saw) Hadith, the Master of the Soul, Ali (as)
08:08 The one who has the Master, Muhammad (saw) has the Master, Ali (as)
08:20 Sajid bhai, may you always be in safety.
08:21 MashaAllah, MashaAllah.
08:22 The one whose life is a priest, he never dies of death.
08:31 Even if the whole world is a prisoner, my Ali will not die.
08:41 Ali will always be alive.
08:45 The servant of Ali is also alive.
08:52 We send our greetings to the Fakir.
08:59 Welcome viewers.
09:01 We will continue with the topic of understanding the Kiblah.
09:17 The Seerah of our Master is the ultimate example for us.
09:21 We have to take guidance from him.
09:23 There is nothing more important for us in this world.
09:26 The way the Prophet (saw) divided his time and schedule between his blessed wives.
09:35 He was the best example of justice.
09:39 How did he divide his time between his wives?
09:45 Some of the highlights of this.
09:48 As we are going to the climax of this topic, it is clear that it is permissible to marry more than one.
09:57 The Shariah has also given permission.
09:59 We get proof of this from the Sunnah of the Prophets, the Companions and the Ahlul Bayt.
10:05 Now, when more than one marriage has taken place, how to establish justice in them?
10:10 For this, we have the best example, the example of Hasanah, the Umar and his Master, the Prophet (saw).
10:18 The Prophet (saw) had 11 wives and 9 wives lived in the Haram of the Master.
10:26 The number of wives of the Prophet (saw) is a separate topic.
10:30 What is the wisdom of such more marriages?
10:32 There are Tablighi, Dawati, Sargarmiya, Safarti, Hikmati.
10:36 This is a separate topic, which should be discussed in detail.
10:40 Allah has given permission to the Prophet (saw)
10:43 Ummul Momineen, Ayesha Siddiqa narrates that the Prophet (saw) used to give such justice to us
10:51 that when the wives were divided to go to a room, he did not give preference to one to the other.
10:57 The Prophet (saw) established justice and no wife complained that the Prophet (saw) did not give justice.
11:05 This is the testimony of Ummul Momineen, Ayesha Siddiqa.
11:09 And the testimony of a wife cannot be greater than the testimony of a husband.
11:14 The Prophet (saw) used to go to every room.
11:19 After Asr prayer, the Master used to go there every day.
11:22 He used to spend some time there, talk to them, and please them.
11:28 Then, according to the night time, the Master used to go there.
11:32 He used to give justice to the wives.
11:35 But the real thing is that when the Master used to give justice to the wives,
11:39 he used to say this prayer in front of Allah.
11:42 And this is to teach us.
11:44 This is for our education and training.
11:46 The Master used to say, "Maula, I have given justice to my own nature.
11:50 Now, you are going to forgive me for something that is not in my power and my nature."
11:55 Everything was in the Master's power, but this is for the education of the Ummah.
11:59 And how much fear of Allah was there that the Prophet (saw) used to go to every room according to his time.
12:09 Ayesha Siddiqa narrates that one night it was the turn of the Master of Hafsa.
12:15 And the Master of Hafsa gave me that turn.
12:17 The Prophet (saw) reached the room of the Master of Hafsa as usual.
12:21 And I was there.
12:23 The Master said, "Today it was the turn of Hafsa."
12:26 The Prophet (saw) said, "I said, 'Master, today it was the turn of Hafsa. She has given me that turn.'"
12:30 So the Prophet (saw) accepted that turn of Hafsa for Ayesha.
12:35 But the knowledge of Allah was that the Master asked, "It was the turn of Hafsa.
12:40 She should be here. Ayesha should not be here."
12:43 Hazrat Saudah bint Zama, the mother of the believers,
12:46 she gave her turn to Ayesha Siddiqa at the last age.
12:51 This is the relationship between husband and wife.
12:55 And between wives, it should be like the relationship between mothers.
12:59 That is a good example for more than one wife.
13:02 And for the husband, it is a good example.
13:04 I and you, dear brothers and sisters of the Prophet (saw)
13:07 And when the Master used to leave for a journey,
13:09 it is a famous thing that the Master used to put a sack.
13:12 A plough was put.
13:13 And the wife's name that came out, the Master used to travel with her.
13:17 And the same thing that you were saying in the beginning,
13:21 that for 25 years, my Master, without any other company,
13:24 spent his first month with Khadija tul Kubra.
13:30 And my conscience says that if she had lived in the physical life of the Master,
13:35 then perhaps the Master would have lived with her.
13:37 But in any case, he lived according to the commandment of Allah.
13:40 And in this matter, the best example is me and your Master.
13:44 Sallallahu ala nabiyyin al kareem.
13:48 What a beautiful and balanced thing Dr. Syed Hamid Farooq Shah has said.
13:52 And it is absolutely correct that how the Prophet (saw)
13:59 used to divide the time between the mothers and his wives.
14:04 Justice should be taken care of.
14:06 And it is the matter of the crown of the universe,
14:09 the rank of the Prophet (saw)
14:11 and the fact that he was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:14 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:17 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:20 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:23 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:26 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:29 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:32 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:35 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.
14:38 And the Prophet (saw) was the one who gave the first commandment.

18:11 The self-recognition began in Madinah.
18:14 The self-recognition began in Madinah.
18:17 I met myself in Madinah.
18:20 I met myself in Madinah.
18:23 I met myself in Madinah.
18:29 I met myself in Madinah.
18:32 I met myself in Madinah.
18:37 I met myself in Madinah.
18:44 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back.
18:47 Today's episode is very informative.
18:51 We have tried to convey the beautiful message of time
18:55 in a balanced and balanced way.
18:58 Our scholars have conveyed it to you with justice.
19:02 Our viewers and audience will decide
19:05 how successful we have been in communicating.
19:10 This is the last part of the program.
19:12 We will switch over to Karachi from Lahore.
19:15 I request Mufti Sahib to draw the conclusion of today's program.
19:20 What did we convey in today's program?
19:23 In the last segment, we discussed the beautiful message
19:27 of the Prophet (pbuh) in the form of time-scanning.
19:31 In the form of Asana.
19:33 If you can do justice to this level,
19:40 then Shariah allows you to do so.
19:43 But in today's society,
19:47 people like us cannot do justice.
19:51 People get married again.
19:53 Wives and children are separated.
19:57 I will start again.
20:00 In the form of time-scanning,
20:03 as Shariah has allowed this.
20:07 Shariah has given conditions for justice.
20:11 So, whoever is in need, who has the ability,
20:14 who can do justice,
20:16 Shariah has given permission for that.
20:19 And whoever cannot fulfill these conditions,
20:23 Shariah has given permission for that.
20:26 The next point is that
20:30 the commandment of Shariah,
20:32 the commandment of Quran and Sunnah,
20:34 is superior.
20:36 Second, there are thousands of wisdoms in every commandment of Allah.
20:40 Our intellect is deficient.
20:42 Whether our intellect understands it or not,
20:45 there are many wisdoms in every commandment of Allah.
20:48 And we have to surrender to Allah and His Messenger,
20:51 whether it is a man or a woman.
20:54 This is the first requirement of servitude.
20:57 We should accept the commandment of Allah and His Messenger.
21:00 We have blessings in this.
21:02 And our national laws,
21:05 in the preamble of the Ayah,
21:07 it is written that no law can be a contradiction of Quran and Sunnah.
21:12 So, such laws which are contradictory to Shariah,
21:17 they should be reviewed.
21:20 And there should be no confusion among the public.
21:23 So, you should give the same law as Shariah.
21:27 Because Shariah has already given the law,
21:30 and all aspects have been kept in view.
21:33 The freedoms that we thought were given,
21:35 we have given them and have also put restrictions.
21:38 The discussion that we just had,
21:40 it was not unconditional.
21:42 Actually, Mufti Sahab, freedom does not mean only freedom,
21:45 freedom means responsibility.
21:47 We have to own it.
21:49 If someone wants to say in one sentence,
21:52 then it is this only,
21:54 who can fulfill that responsibility.
21:56 Who can own it.
21:57 Who can own it, who can fulfill it, who can take it.
22:00 So, this is permission for that.
22:02 Otherwise, we see its damages and destruction in our society.
22:07 Now, permission for that, as far as Shariah is concerned,
22:11 whether it is the first wife or the first child,
22:14 Shariah does not say that you cannot proceed without their permission.
22:17 But, secretly getting married and keeping it somewhere,
22:22 Shariah does not allow this at all.
22:26 Nor does it make any concessions.
22:28 This is not allowed either.
22:30 In fact, it is stated in the Hadith,
22:32 "When you work, you should open it."
22:34 Especially, regarding Nikah,
22:36 it is mentioned in the Hadith.
22:38 Yes, it is a declaration.
22:40 "Aalainoo bin Nikah"
22:42 The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Declare Nikah."
22:44 So, if you can declare it and keep it, then do it.
22:50 Otherwise, such secret relationships, marriages,
22:53 and the first wives of someone or children,
22:56 they should also think about it.
22:58 Then the question arises,
23:00 can the first wife deprive the second wife of her inheritance?
23:04 No, this is a Shariah order.
23:06 Just like the first wife is someone's heir,
23:08 here in our society, there are people who have two, three, four wives.
23:12 So, just like the first wife is the heir,
23:14 the second wife is the heir, just like the first child is the heir,
23:16 the second child is the heir.
23:17 Thank you, Mufti Sahib Qibla.
23:18 And, Sajid Bhai, thank you very much.
23:20 Dr. Hamid Sahib gave us a very good conversation.
23:22 A few words from Nath.
23:24 His background is very beautiful.
23:26 He is a very young boy.
23:28 He has reached the rank of a professor.
23:32 His name is Professor Mohammad Masood Akhtar from Faisalabad.
23:35 Look at how he narrates his experiences,
23:37 his heart-felt experiences.
23:39 Mufti Sahib, this is very funny.
23:41 This is rarely narrated.
23:42 How did good Misris come to his mind?
23:46 I don't repeat this.
23:48 I read a Misri once so that I can read a few verses from Sajid Bhai.
23:51 We have heard a lot.
23:52 After that, we have to move towards Karachi.
23:54 How did good Misris come to his mind?
23:58 When my elder brother used to recite Nath to me.
24:02 And, Mufti Sahib, look.
24:04 He used to talk about Panchatan Paag.
24:06 He was a brother who was accepted.
24:08 Professor Masood Akhtar is saying.
24:10 He used to talk about Panchatan Paag.
24:12 He was a brother who was accepted.
24:13 Last night, he used to bathe in the lamp of light.
24:17 Mufti Sahib used to read,
24:18 "Lam yaati nazeeru ka fee nazareen"
24:24 People of love used to shed tears on every Misri.
24:28 He taught us the culture of Zikr.
24:31 Zikr taught us the culture of Jats.
24:35 Allahu Akbar.
24:36 Zikr taught us the culture of Jats.
24:40 My father used to tell my children often.
24:43 When the three brothers used to recite Nath together in Dhoop Nagar.
24:47 The lion used to become a tree and used to shadow us.
24:51 On the 11th of the moon,
24:52 there used to be a monthly gathering at home.
24:54 My father used to cook food for us.
24:58 The last couplet.
24:59 Professor Masood Akhtar's Khairo.
25:01 A child used to read Hadaik before going to sleep.
25:06 Hadaik-e-Bakshish.
25:07 Subhanallah.
25:08 A child used to read Hadaik before going to sleep.
25:11 Allah Hazrat used to come in his dreams.
25:15 May Allah make this canvas of Nath a reality for our children and future generations.
25:20 Sajid Chishti will now present Kaafi and then Karachi Studios.
