00:07 This is Senator Tee Lian Kier's question to the Home Ministry after Ackma posted a

00:11 picture of himself holding a sword on Facebook on March 14th.

00:15 In the post, the UMNO leader captioned the picture, "No matter what, we will not waver

00:20 from our stance.

00:21 Better to die standing than live kneeling."

00:24 Tee questioned why Ackma was not investigated or issued any warning whereas DAP veteran

00:29 Lim Kit Siang was interrogated simply for translating the federal constitution.

00:34 The senator was referring to how Bukit Aman recorded a statement from Lim for pointing

00:38 out that the federal constitution does not bar a non-Malay from being prime minister.

00:43 In the Dewan Negara yesterday, Tee said Ackma's sword-bearing picture was not good imagery

00:47 and was indeed incitement.

00:49 He said the police must launch an investigation or issue a warning against him so members

00:53 of the public do not follow his example.
