With a hot spice mix of cumin, chili powder, and chipotle, coat each individual slice of sweet potato before roasting in the oven. As the recipe title suggests, smash the slices after roasting and broil them one final time. They make for a great side, appetizer, or as a flavor enhancer for a Tex-Mex or Southwestern dinner.
