00:00 We're into the second week of the Easter holidays. You might have the kids at home a little bit
00:05 more this week than last week, using a lot of energy. So I want to share that there's
00:11 a lot of small things you can do that when you add them all up, it's going to make a
00:16 really big difference to your energy bill. So I'm talking things like Smart Energy GB
00:21 did some research and they spoke to their smart energy users and smart meter users and
00:28 things like switching off lights in rooms that aren't being used, using an air fryer
00:33 and turning the temperature down on your washing machine. Those three simple things actually
00:37 have a big impact, but there's lots of other things you can do. Turn the temperature, the
00:42 thermostat temperature down. If you're used to 22 degrees, you know, put that down to
00:47 20 and it's a small difference, but it actually makes a really big difference to your heating
00:52 bill. Your boiler flow temperature needs to be no higher than 60 degrees. That's something
00:57 that still a lot of people are really uncomfortable with.
