00:03 Old Mays knocked on the door, and we went out.
00:18 I was looking to see if we won a car or a holiday.
00:23 Then they opened the screen up, and they showed us
00:26 this beautiful £3 million house.
00:29 I just couldn't believe it.
00:31 I was so shocked.
00:32 After all the cameras had gone, we
00:34 had to go and put our feet up and celebrate
00:37 with a couple of brandies, large brandies.
00:41 I still can't believe it, even though I'm
00:44 sitting in this beautiful house.
00:47 Cornwall is gorgeous.
00:48 We came here for a family holiday in the '80s,
00:51 but I would never thought that we'd actually
00:54 own a £3 million house in Cornwall.
00:56 The size of the living room is absolutely immense.
01:00 The bedrooms are gorgeous.
01:01 Opening the curtains in every morning,
01:03 waking up to these views, you should never get bored of it.
01:07 Well, I think the family's going to be shocked when they see it,
01:10 especially my sister Maureen, because she's
01:12 got a caravan in green.
01:14 She'll be a bit jealous.
01:16 It's fantastic for our family's future.
01:19 They won't have to struggle as much as we did.
01:23 We like to give as much as we can to charities.
01:25 That's why we go to a maze.
01:27 Wow, £3.1 million.
01:33 That has completely surpassed our expectations.
01:36 The money raised will go to support our work on UK coastlines
01:39 to help us take action with the UK government
01:41 and support young people to connect with nature.
01:44 Shockingly, in the UK, we have some of the most nature
01:47 depleted wildlife in the world.
01:49 We now have 40 million fewer birds in the sky
01:52 than when I was a young boy.
01:53 And that loss is translated both on land, sea,
01:56 and in the oceans as well.
01:58 This partnership with Omaze has also
01:59 raised awareness for the issues that
02:01 are facing our natural world.
02:03 I want to say a huge thank you to everybody that entered.
02:06 Each and every one of you are helping
02:07 to bring our world back to life.
02:09 We're thrilled that the Cornwall house draw
02:11 has raised an incredible £3.1 million for WWF.
02:15 This means the Omaze community has now
02:18 raised over £37 million for good causes in the UK.
02:22 £25 for a £3 million home.
02:26 Great return.
