00:00 Last time we've spoken to you, obviously, since the latest points deduction, what's your reaction to that?
00:05 I think similar to the last, you know, it's unexpected in the sense that we thought it had been dealt with.
00:13 It obviously wasn't or it hasn't been.
00:15 And obviously, the time, the window to possibly appeal, so the club will be looking into that.
00:21 But yeah, the last response was what's done is done.
00:25 The league table changes.
00:26 We know, or we're very, very confident.
00:29 We've been told it won't change again as regards anything this season.
00:33 So therefore, our focus is on the next round of games, you know, coming up after the news.
00:37 And I spoke to the players about it, reminded the staff about it, reminded the truth of the moment,
00:42 which is to stay focused on the job at hand.
00:45 The supporters in particular have expressed their frustration at the inconsistency of the different penalties that have been imposed.
00:51 Is that something that you share?
00:54 I think it's difficult just because, you know, the confusion.
00:57 I don't think it's just Evertonians.
00:59 I think I mentioned the last time I travel a lot, as you can imagine, a number of football fans generally come up to me and say,
01:05 what's that all about? And they're confused by it.
01:07 We're a bit confused by it.
01:08 I think that's fair to say.
01:11 Whether we are or we're not, there's still a job in hand.
01:13 You know, the focus has to go back to the current situation, the current reality.
01:17 So lots of people scratching their head about the why's and wherefores, including ourselves at times.
01:22 But it has to be parked again.
01:24 You know, we've been through it once.
01:25 We've got to go through it again and we are going to do.
01:28 The games come thick and fast after this week's training.
