00:33 for a discipline waiver that a grade 2 teacher has requested

00:36 from a public elementary school in Rizal Province.

00:41 In the document sent to your Kapusa Action Man,

00:45 it is stated that if the parent signs the waiver,

00:47 they will allow their child to be disciplined

00:50 in school in the manner of the teacher's discipline.
