01:22 to. There's the trading standards and there's the CMA as well that you could go to the Competition
01:28 Market Authority. I think if you can try to be as conscious about how you transact, and

01:41 can actually monitor the transactions and take care of it. I haven't seen a lot of success
01:47 of people getting their money back, unfortunately. It's just sort of the nature of the beast
