00:20 very passionate about cooking, about food, about love and that's why we bring that name

00:25 from the Dudu and Bubu and we call our shop Dubu and it's me which is Dudu and then my

00:35 girlfriend is she is a Bubu and then that's why because we actually we both cook with

00:43 love and we are very very passionate about making food and making sure everything is

00:48 come fresh in the dish that's why we decided to get our shop name from Dudu and Bubu.

00:56 I was working with Jamie Oliver in the inner Jamie Oliver restaurant for over five years

01:01 in London, Triton Street, Jamie's Italian.

01:05 I did not like living in London but to gain that experience it was essential for me to

01:11 stay there and then learn as much as I can and then after that I just moved away to Ireland.

01:17 I was in Ireland for 10 years and then recently next couple of last couple of weeks we just

01:23 moved down to Bexhill.

01:25 The first thing we always think about to bring food in our business is freshness and then

01:31 fresh ingredients make sure we get a top quality ingredients too and then we make everything

01:38 fresh so that can be much much healthier for people who are out there and then they just

01:45 want to try our food and for a burger we do our burger freshly every day so we do not

01:52 use the processed meat or frozen meat and not greasy burger you won't you won't have

01:58 a greasy burger from us you won't you won't get a low quality from us and then we try

02:03 to make our burger every single time when we cook it we put a love in our food so you

02:12 people can actually feel the love when you have a first bite.

02:17 We got a good experience even to make a sushi we got over 10 years experience to make a

02:24 sushi our burgers is all homemade we make it every day fresh from the scratch meat and

02:30 then our tacos you can definitely taste of the freshness in all our tacos and then that's

02:35 how we started so far with this menu and I'll be sure we can upgrade our menu in a few months
