00:00 Chinese students are watching in Cagayan province.
00:04 Cagayan 3rd District Representative Joseph Lara and Isabela 6th District Representative Paustino D. are in charge of the possibility of economic and national security.
00:15 Two new enhanced defense cooperation agreement or EDCA sites are in Cagayan, which is part of the agreement with the United States.
00:22 It is near a province in Taiwan that has a confluence with China. Lara received a report that 4,600 Chinese students are in a university.
00:32 According to Governor Manuel Mamba, only 400 Chinese students are in the province, based on the data provided by the Commission on Higher Education Region 2.
00:44 I don't see any threat, but that is not for me to say because we have security agencies. As far as I know, there was never a mention of the threat of the Chinese students' presence here since I became ARCO and now PPOC, head of our province.

01:31 The Bureau of Immigration confirmed that the number of foreign students in the country has increased. They are small students based on endorsements from CHED and their schools.
01:42 Even so, the Armed Forces of the Philippines is monitoring the security of EDCA sites inside the Philippine military bases.
