House of Gods opens in Glasgow with a hideaway rooftop bar and restaurant

House of Gods Glasgow is offering a luxury food menu.

00:00 The House of Gods has officially opened in Glasgow after a long three-year renovation
00:04 of the landmark city centre building on the corner of Glassford and Wilson Streets.
00:08 Rooms come equipped with four poster beds, private cinemas,
00:11 roadtop baths and butler services offering a celebrity experience for anyone enjoying a stay.
00:16 One of the highlights of this specific location however, is what can be found on the roof.
00:20 A restaurant and hideaway bar designed against the inspiration of the mystique of ancient gardens,
00:25 is dressed in over 3,000 flowers with a glass enclosure and views across Merchant City.
00:30 This area is not limited to guests of the hotel and anyone can in fact make a reservation
00:35 and they are holding tables back for walk-ins.
00:38 Concerning the food menu, on offer they have bar bites,
00:41 these include pardon peppers and salt and chilli chickpeas and almonds,
00:44 a wide selection of sharing boards including oven-baked camembert,
00:49 orange marmalade and sourdough, seafood, cheese and meat platters.
00:53 There is also a small plate section with Scottish mussels, meatballs,
00:56 flat iron steak and salad alongside a dessert section featuring a range of sweet treats.
