00:18 enjoyable, with more money, then maybe people could get on in the world.

00:28 that would be a good thing. Because it always tends to be the bank of mum and dad who boost

00:34 youngsters if they've got insufficient funds to start their own mortgage or their own first

00:40 If you're going to work, you should be entitled to live and get a mortgage if that's what

00:44 you're building for at the end of the day.

00:47 I've got two daughters and they were both first time buyers and on both occasions the

00:51 bank of mum and dad did help them. But of course we were fortunate enough to help them

00:56 but not everybody is of course.

00:58 Some people are not in a position to help.
