01:08 So this is a way of enhancing popular will and also a way that the people have to do
01:14 a dialogue, a communication vertically with the leadership of the nation so they could
01:19 find solutions from the community for the community.
01:23 So this is one of the many events of the year and this is not just a polling day.

01:33 And this is just a way to see what the people want and how the people will solve their problems.
