00:15 Standout dishes on Xima's menu have to be the dynamite shrimp to start, the drunken monkfish

00:29 Focus on Sichuan and Wuhan regions but yeah there is a broad geographical spread from across China

00:58 Yeah. You've worked in the city centre for quite a while. What can you tell me about

01:06 It's become a bit of a restaurant strip from the anchor line closest to George Square and then
01:12 working up and there's plenty of different cuisine options. There are plenty of different
01:19 styles as well. Xima is a little higher class without being snobby whereas if you're looking
01:27 for a more casual option there's plenty of choices here as well on St Vincent Street. It definitely
01:31 has become a sort of mini restaurant quarter for Glasgow over the last decade. You've got a lovely
01:35 big bar through there Jack. Do you think people will come in here for a wee cocktail in a small
01:40 place? We hope so. We hope so. Yeah fantastic bar area. I think it's five bar shelves. They go
01:46 right to the ceiling which is about six metres up. We have a classic list of cocktails, a signature
01:52 list and some mocktails as well. As far as the classics go if there's not something on there
01:57 that someone would like we're happy to accommodate.
