00:00 Week two of the NFL is officially in the books and joining me from around the AFC are Fan
00:05 Nation publishers Chad Jensen, Noah Strachbein, and David Beauclair.
00:09 Chad, let's go to you first.
00:11 Biggest takeaways from this weekend.
00:13 The Broncos got a win, finally.
00:16 I'll share two.
00:17 One is Nathaniel Hackett.
00:19 NFL is hard.
00:20 He's still learning on the job.
00:22 His lack of experience is glaring to the point where he was turned into an NFL meme.
00:30 Couldn't get the play calls in on time to a point where Broncos fans in a stadium that
00:35 six years ago, no one would have dared even open a bag of Doritos when Peyton Manning
00:39 was at the line of scrimmage, was chanting down the play clock.
00:42 It was a big wake up call for Nathaniel Hackett.
00:45 The other takeaway though is more positive and that is even when things don't go well
00:49 for three quarters, Russell Wilson still has that magic and that ability to galvanize the
00:54 troops and get it done in crunch time to pull out the win.
00:58 For the Titans, the biggest questions of the off season have turned into the biggest problems
01:04 of the regular season following Monday's 41-7 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
01:09 Two changes on the offensive line at left guard, most notably where Roger Sappel had
01:15 been for the last three years was playing for Buffalo on Monday night.
01:20 The offensive line can't seem to give Derrick Henry the running room that he needs right
01:25 now and this is still an offense based around Henry and the run gain and the play action
01:31 passes that come off of that.
01:33 Secondly, the secondary, the pass defense, particularly cornerbacks.
01:37 It's a very young group of cornerbacks and Stephon Diggs made them look every bit as
01:44 inexperienced as they were in that Monday night game.
01:47 For the Steelers, it's where's the issue coming when it comes to the offense.
01:53 Is it the offensive coordinator or is it the quarterback?
01:56 Right now, everybody's asking.
01:58 The Steelers have gone 11 games without a first half touchdown.
02:02 They've only scored two touchdowns on offense this season.
02:06 Obviously, a six minute drive to end the game against New England looked rough but you had
02:12 plenty of opportunities to win that game beforehand and I think that's the issue that they're
02:16 looking to address.
02:17 But for two seasons now, people have questioned offensive coordinator Matt Canada.
02:22 It's starting to feel like in the locker room, in the front office, reports are coming in
02:26 that the team is frustrated with him and you hear that from players.
02:30 George Pickens has mentioned that he's open 90% of the time but nobody's getting in the
02:34 ball.
02:35 You watch wide receivers throw their hands up in frustration on the field.
02:39 So I think that's the issue they're looking to address this week and moving forward.
02:42 The problem is you turn around on a short week, you play Thursday night in Cleveland,
02:47 a hot kitchen AFC North game as Mike Tomlin likes to refer to them as.
02:52 It's not going to be easy to make those adjustments.
02:55 We'll see how the Pittsburgh Steelers adjust this week.
02:58 Can they get the ball deep?
02:59 Can they get their playmakers involved more?
03:02 And can they finally, for the first time this season, get that offense clicking?
