00:00 Practice was full of high energy and like just a lot of hard work working hard and
00:04 like picking up like the old concepts, you know what I'm saying?
00:09 Just like, it was basically all high energy and just moving around.
00:12 We trying to stay confident and just like build from what we got going on and
00:16 move forward looking at this as another half season and
00:19 just start refreshing, working hard.
00:22 [BLANK_AUDIO]
00:25 Most likely just keep me with confidence and conditioning up.
00:32 Like continue playing hard every play and
00:36 like with the same effort that we start off with.
00:38 That's really all it is, is conditioning and just being able to like go for
00:43 extended drives and continue playing as hard as you can and
00:46 giving 100% effort every play.
00:48 No like mental breakdowns, just staying focused.
00:53 Honestly, I look at this as like coming as a perfect time.
00:57 Like basically, we did what we did first half, we're gonna pick up from it and
01:01 we're just gonna stay energetic and hot.
01:03 And like I said, we're gonna look at it as a new season and like start off fresh.
01:07 We're gonna work hard and change everything around.
01:09 Yes, we feel like we're becoming more consistent.
01:14 As far as our play going, we feel like we're definitely keeping our energy up.
01:17 Like I said, and we're playing longer.
01:19 It's just about finishing the game.
01:21 That's all it really come down to, condition.
01:23 We conditioned well enough, but we gotta, we can always be more conditioned.
01:26 It's just about finishing the game.
01:27 But I do feel like we had a turning point.
01:29 And we saw from Syracuse game that we have what it takes to like finish games.
01:35 We just have to go out there and do it.
