00:00Yeah, I feel like being a disrupter is a part of the game that you got to work on
00:04every day, day in and day out.
00:06My coach always says you never know when the plays are gonna come, but
00:09when they come, you just got to be ready to make them.
00:11So I just really focused on practice, on just the game plan and
00:15executing and just making plays.
00:19That's a team thing, we're really preaching just finish, finish blocks,
00:24finish tackles, really finish our assignments.
00:27We don't wanna leave anything up to chance, so
00:29we just want to do our best and we just got to try to finish.
00:31Very good offense, they're very talented.
00:34They do a lot of things to try to get you out in the space, but
00:37I feel like one thing that we have to do is just do what we do.
00:41Just be physical, run to the ball, just follow the fundamentals,
00:45just believe in the game plan.
00:46I feel like that'll take us a long way.
00:48Our coaches always say that nobody really is predetermined to win the game.
00:53We both show up and then somebody wins and somebody loses.
00:55So we always wanted to compete going into every week.
00:59Just being able to get over that hump and
01:01being able to finally play four quarters and come out with a win, it feels really
01:07good, you put in a lot of work during the week just to enjoy game day.
01:12So just thinking about that every week, you just got to try to do your best.
01:17Yeah, I never really played NC State my whole career here, but
01:21I always heard they were good.
01:22Being in state, you always want to compete against the best.
01:24So I feel like it's a great opportunity just to compete against another great
01:27school in North Carolina and show everybody what you have to prove.
01:31I feel like it doesn't matter to me.
01:32I would like fans to be able to enjoy the game of football.
01:36I feel like it's a big part of the way society has been built over the last
01:40couple of decades, honestly.
01:42So I feel as though fans should be allowed to come watch the games.
01:45I feel like we work hard to be able to put on a great performance for
01:50fans and such as family members and also close friends.
01:53So I feel like, yeah, I'm definitely gonna be excited seeing fans out there.
01:58I feel as though I want to go out leaving a statement.
02:01I want to go out with no what ifs.
02:04My senior year, I don't want to think back ten years from now and be like, man,
02:08if I would have done this different, I would be doing something different right now.
02:12So I just want to go out there, leave it all on the field, and
02:14show my teammates how you work hard and how to win.
02:19You just got to know the situation.
02:21You got to know how the offensive line is gonna block you.
02:24You got to know the down and distance.
02:26If it's third and five, third and seven, they definitely are gonna typically pass
02:30because they got to get the first down.
02:32I feel like just being within the game and knowing the situation,
02:35it'll help you dictate how you want to approach a rush.
