There was only one appropriate reaction to Duke's first win of the season in Syracuse. As coach David Cutcliffe said, "It's time to dance." Then it was time to get back to work.

00:00Absolutely, how would I not?
00:03I think they've all been waiting for that moment as I have.
00:07We had a good time and it's just letting off a lot of steam.
00:11I mean, that moment is so much fun to go in there.
00:14You're so close to those guys and I can't tell you the joy in my heart.
00:20People forget, I've been in these guys' homes.
00:24I know their parents, I know the sacrifices they're making,
00:27the sacrifices their parents aren't getting to see their sons.
00:31I mentioned to that after the game, so man, it's time to dance.
00:35There was a lot of emotion in that locker room.
00:38First of all, we have to believe that running to an issue,
00:42never running away, is a Duke standard, a Duke football standard, I should say.
00:50It's how we climbed the mountain is not running away from any challenge.
00:57And when we got beat, we still got better.
01:00When you win, you better get better.
01:04And that's the next step.
01:06I told them in the locker room after all the dancing and the happy,
01:11I said, our Sunday and our Tuesday, Wednesday can't be the same as last week.
01:20They have to be better, nothing stays the same.
01:23No relationship, nothing on Earth stays the same.
01:26It's gotta get better or it's gonna get worse.
01:29So we've gotta take that mentality to work with us.
