Duke junior Joey Baker isn't sure what the season will look like, but he suspects there won't be fans in the stands. He discusses how Duke can bring its own energy

00:00 Any season that allows us to play.
00:03 I mean, I know there's a ton of different variables that go into
00:08 enabling us to have a season and the virus complicates that tremendously.
00:15 And so I honestly don't have a clear answer of what it'll look like, but
00:20 I can speak for myself and I can speak for the rest of the team.
00:24 As long as we have a season and we're able to play basketball,
00:27 then we're happy.
00:29 Obviously, we'd love to have fans, we'd love to have you guys there.
00:33 And maybe that happens, I'm not sure, it's probably unlikely.
00:38 But as long as we have basketball, I think we'll be happy.
00:41 I mean, yeah, you said it, we feed off the Cameron crazies.
00:48 We're on a road game, we're typically in a pretty packed arena, and
00:52 we feed off of the boos and all of that stuff.
00:54 So being able to develop our own energy and
00:59 enthusiasm among ourselves is a huge key for us this year.
01:04 And honestly, this team, from what I've seen so far, we bring it every day.
01:11 Everyone's excited to work, everyone's excited to practice.
01:13 And I'm sure when the time comes when we're playing games,
01:17 that'll only be amplified.
01:18 So it's not the same.
01:22 And it's unfortunate, but I think we'll make the best of the situation and
01:28 we'll bring enthusiasm every night.
01:31 We'll have a good time.
