00:00 Practice has been great.
00:02 We have a deep team, obviously reloaded with a good freshman class.
00:09 And those guys have been great.
00:10 They bring it every day.
00:11 They have enthusiasm, they compete.
00:13 And then you match that with our returning players, myself, Jay Goldwindale, Matt Hurt.
00:21 And it's made for some awesome practices.
00:24 Really excited to be able to officially start practice pretty soon here.
00:29 And get going under the season.
00:31 And it'll be a good year with this group.
00:33 Yeah, well, I mean, the goal for us always here at Duke is to win a national championship.
00:39 So that's number one.
00:40 That's my number one personal goal as well.
00:42 I feel like if we all gear towards that, everything else will take care of itself.
00:48 But a big thing is the older guy on the team now is just kind of showing the way for the
00:52 younger guys a little bit.
00:53 Just stuff that I've learned as a younger kid over the past two years.
00:57 So trying to help them out and making their life easier as they transition to playing
01:03 this level.
01:07 I'd say just being confident.
01:09 I feel like I know the system well.
01:11 I know what I need to do.
01:12 I know my strengths and my weaknesses.
01:15 So kind of just playing to those and just working on all areas of my game and letting
01:22 the rest take care of itself.
01:23 Just trying to win.
01:24 I mean, that's the number one goal at the end of the day.
01:28 So, absolutely.
01:29 I mean, I think all areas of my game needed improvement and they still do.
01:35 But I'd say, say defensively, I wanted to improve a lot.
01:40 Being able to defend and stay on the court for long periods of time without fouling and
01:44 stuff like that.
01:45 So that was a big area of focus this over the quarantine, the time that we had off.
