00:00You know, as offense, I thought we did good today moving the ball.
00:04We pushed the ball, you know, we were catching and we're throwing and
00:08catching and got down to the red zone and we just didn't finish.
00:13Poor job of finishing today, turning the ball over in key situations where
00:19we need points so, you know, a lot of it was self inflicted and we have to be better.
00:26Yeah, I mean, when you're getting close to scoring and
00:29you've had a great drive and you put the ball on the ground or
00:32you throw it to the other team, you know, your drive is over and
00:37you know, you turn the ball over and so, you know, nobody likes to see that.
00:41I definitely didn't like to feel it when it happened to me.
00:44But just something we can learn from, you know,
00:49be smarter with the ball and be more protective of it.
00:54He does a great job getting open.
00:57You know, fast twitch guy, great hands and, you know,
01:00understands his position and how to get open.
01:03And so, when you have a guy like that, it's good to get the ball to him.
01:07I mean, I thought throughout the whole game, we, you know,
01:10we had a couple hiccups on some drives.
01:12But when we got the momentum going in our tempo, I thought we really affected him.
01:17Which led to us getting down close to the red zone and
01:19then, like I said earlier, just self inflicted wounds.
01:23But I thought, you know, we matched up well physicality from that standpoint.
01:28And, you know, we played hard and just unfortunately didn't come out with the win.
01:33It was, you know, it was pretty difficult.
01:36They haven't played.
01:38They have a brand new staff.
01:39You don't know, you know, they could come out and
01:41something totally different than what you prepared for that week.
01:44Or what you thought they were going to run defensively and offensively.
01:48So, you know, there was a lot of unknown.
01:53But, you know, once they established themselves throughout the game,
01:59we should have known kind of what they were going to be.
02:01And so, we, you know, just had to execute better.
02:04But it was tough coming into the game kind of blind.
02:08I just say that for me and my turnovers,
02:14that, you know, late in the game I'm trying to make a play.
02:17And I, you know, I forced the ball that I shouldn't have forced.
02:20And then earlier just, you know, didn't really see the backer sitting there.
02:26Thought I had a guy open, but, you know, he's kind of cut in the middle of field.
02:30And then down on the goal line, you know, when I get tackled,
02:33I gotta hold onto the ball and know when to stop competing and, you know,
02:38just take a sec, don't need to make it worse.
02:41So that's what I'm gonna take from today and try to get better at.
