00:00 It'll be my first start since the state championship game back in the Georgia
00:05 Dome when I was my senior year. But I think with my experience at Clemson and
00:12 playing in a lot of games and playing a lot of football that though because I
00:18 treated those games like I was a starter, I mean when I went in I wanted to do
00:23 well. I wanted to keep the offense alive and score points that that mindset
00:29 hasn't really changed and going you know transferring to Duke and in this
00:33 transition and everything I treat the practice game, scrimmages, and team like
00:39 it's a game. And that's kind of you know since I it is my first start I have to
00:44 do that. I have to prepare myself that way and I have to ready myself that way.
00:47 And so I'm really excited. I think it's a great opportunity for Duke and our
00:55 offense and to go out there and show them what we have. Yeah a lot of
01:00 emotions like you mentioned. You know I came in just wanted to get the offense
01:06 down, earn the respect of my teammates, and go out on the practice field and
01:11 make plays for the offense and hopefully give our give our offense the best
01:15 chance to win. And you know I'm just grateful. I'm humbled and I'm ready I'm
01:21 ready for this weekend. I know we are as a team and like you said we have a great
01:25 challenge ahead and it's one that we're gonna face head-on. Yeah they're a very
01:29 talented team. They're always going to be in the top ranks of the recruiting
01:34 recruiting classes every year. They got a lot of you know they get the
01:38 southeastern kids, guys that I've played with growing up. But yeah when we play
01:43 them in and or when I played them in 2018, real physical team, very sound
01:50 defensively. And they're not going to make many mistakes so you have to go out
01:54 there and and you know make less mistakes than they happen to make. So
02:00 you know like I said tough team, tough defense, and they're gonna play really
02:05 hard.
