00:00 >> Well, he's got great arm talent.
00:03 He's a natural thrower, his accuracy level is really high.
00:07 He's got a great football IQ and an understanding.
00:11 He's still obviously learning a system.
00:13 It's tough.
00:16 As a quarterback, we did get the benefit of some Zoom meetings, but
00:22 not what the other guys got all through the spring because he was still in
00:26 the process of trying to graduate.
00:28 So he's catching up.
00:29 What I would tell you is he's getting more comfortable with what we're doing,
00:32 more comfortable with the passing game every day.
00:35 But he's a really good football player and it's important to him.
00:39 Because I mean, it'd be real easy for me to say all of them.
00:43 They're having fun.
00:45 They're having fun practicing.
00:50 Mark Gilbert is back full speed.
00:52 He obviously is inspirational as a veteran player.
00:57 Marquise Waters is just, he and Michael Carter in a safety combination are pretty
01:02 darn special, Lummi Young, Jamaric Woods, the whole group,
01:07 Leonard Johnson, Josh Blackwell.
01:10 We're getting Jeremiah Lewis back, he's been out just a little while.
01:15 A lot of young talent there.
01:18 I'm excited about that.
01:20 We're not as deep at safety as we would like to be.
01:23 So there's some young player opportunity there.
01:27 As always, some of our young guys are sore hamstrings, sore quads.
01:32 We've got to get through that to continue on evaluation.
01:36 But it's a fun group to watch work in the secondary right now.
01:40 And what it's been good for us is that they've taken young receivers and
01:45 challenged them.
01:46 And I've watched us get better at receiver because of the quality and
01:50 the talent that we have in the secondary.
