00:00Well, I think that absolutely eased their mind.
00:05We they know exactly what our protocol is, what the process is.
00:10We've really done a great job of trying to make sure that the parents were comfortable
00:16with the protocol.
00:18We were honest with them forthcoming.
00:21And that's what you have to do.
00:22It's all about information and communication.
00:25I don't know how many team meetings and parent meetings we had throughout March, April, May
00:31and June, and even early July right before they came back.
00:36So I think there's a confidence level there.
00:39And I told them it is about trust, but we're all about trust.
00:42I trust our medical people within the department, perhaps ours or his staff are phenomenal.
00:48Our doctors within our department are phenomenal.
00:51And then infectious disease at Duke, Dr. Cameron Wolfe, Debra Anderson, those guys,
00:56I spoke with them myself.
00:58I wanted to be educated.
01:00I wanted to do what the best practices were.
01:03Everybody's learning.
01:05And I'm not afraid to admit that we're learning more each day.
01:09But we're responding.
01:11The key is that you can make a mistake when you start.
01:14So we got to do this better with masking.
01:17We better do this better with distancing.
01:19We got to make sure we, but you have to respond.
01:23And we've done that well.
01:24And I think that's made our players feel really comfortable.
