00:00Yeah, it felt really good.
00:01Felt like a breath of fresh air almost.
00:05Just being together again on the field.
00:09We definitely missed that aspect of football a lot.
00:11And we've been looking forward to this day for a long time.
00:13So we're glad that we finally get out here.
00:17Of course, with the guidelines, practicing
00:19and social distancing, everything like that.
00:21But we still had a fun practice.
00:23And we're glad to be back.
00:26I think we're a very strong group.
00:28We have a lot of depth.
00:30The young guys provide that as well as a lot of veteran guys
00:33who have been on a team for two, three, even four years.
00:38So I think our back end is very strong.
00:41We have a lot of depth.
00:42And of course, that's almost a necessity
00:45with what we're dealing with right now.
00:48But I think what we can do on the back end,
00:50we're going to have a very special group.
00:52And we're going to make a lot of big plays.
00:54And overall, just contribute to a lot of success
00:57on the defense and to the team.
01:00I think the only thing might be just practice conditioning,
01:05just moving around constantly for however long practice may
01:09be.
01:11I think we did a good job over the break,
01:14holding each other accountable, making sure
01:16we were conditioning and lifting and just doing
01:19the best of what we had at home.
01:23So I think our group and I think a lot of the people on the team
01:26came back in really good condition.
01:29So that really helped us not, I wouldn't say,
01:32be set back going into fall camp,
01:35but more so ahead than maybe some people
01:39might have thought we were.
01:41It's just getting back into practice shape, really.
01:44I think for us, mitigation is definitely
01:48one of the big things.
01:51Trying to create our own, I guess,
01:53bubble, sort of similar to the NBA, even the Major League
01:57Baseball, just trying to make sure we stay within the team.
02:01We're hanging out with the team.
02:03We're also masking up in different settings
02:08and things like that.
02:09But more so just trying to create our own little bubble
02:11so we don't have to go outside of, really,
02:14the football aspect of things to get what we need.
02:17And so that's a big part of mitigating
02:21who we come in contact with and who may have the virus
02:23and things like that.
