00:00I don't handle it very well, but it's the world we live in right now.
00:06Somebody else canceled their first four games until December 7th.
00:10There was a football game, I think, on Saturday morning that was canceled.
00:14It was supposed to be played at 12 o'clock, and it's the world we live in.
00:19I don't like it.
00:20I like normalcy.
00:21I like a routine, but that's not what we have right now.
00:26You can just do everything you can possibly do and still have a slip-up, but the process,
00:32you need to do everything you can possibly do and then be prepared to handle everything
00:36as well.
00:37Yeah, you're concerned about it.
00:40The biggest thing is if you spend all your time worried about that, you're not ready
00:45to get the job done or not spending your time preparing your team, and it's a little bit,
00:50but it's a much different situation.
00:52But it is, if Dr. Allen's saying if the mailman stopped to bark, kick at the dog that barked,
00:58it'd never get the mail delivered.
01:00And so a little bit about that same dynamic, Sarah, is that we've got to do everything
01:04we can and be able to handle the new information and be able to handle the next new information
01:10and be able to handle the next information.
01:12Well, the worst thing about our preparation this year is the sixth freshman in the mix
01:17for playing time, and I'm talking about major playing time, not having an exhibition, not
01:23having a scrimmage, officials in there, regular ACC officials.
01:28We're going into a game Wednesday night, and we're not prepared because we haven't had
01:33any of those things, and we've got six freshmen in.
01:36But the front court, Garrison is a security blanket, there's no question.
01:40He gives you that feeling that he's going to do the right thing or come close to doing
01:45the right thing every darn time.
01:47Armando is better, he's more experienced.
01:50And then I think with Daron and Walker, you've got two extremely gifted kids.
01:55And how we're going to mix up the minutes, I have no idea.
01:59And I've always thought that that's what the exhibitions give you and that's what your
02:04scrimmages give you, and we haven't had any of those.
02:06The first time we go out there and play somebody else, it counts.
