UNC caps a tough stretch of the schedule on Saturday with a home game against Wake Forest. That ends a stretch of the Tar Heels' four biggest rivals--NC State, Virginia, Duke and Wake--in four weeks.

00:00And again, it's life.
00:01We don't have any choice.
00:03The best teams learn to play every week with intensity.
00:08Now, two of these three games, we've
00:10got to substitute a lot of people,
00:12so we should be more fresh after those games.
00:15But still, it's the emotional build-up for a state game,
00:18and it's the emotional build-up for a Duke game,
00:20and it spends a lot out of your players.
00:24But we're trying to tell them, in life's lessons,
00:28a lot of bankruptcies come right after you have your best year,
00:32and people get a little relaxed.
00:34Why do people not win championships
00:36year in and year out?
00:37Why do they win one one year, and the next year
00:39they're not quite as good?
00:40Well, it's partly because people all want to beat them,
00:42and they circle them.
00:43But the other thing is that you don't
00:46do all the little things quite as well
00:49right after you're satisfied.
00:52And we can't be satisfied.
00:54We've got to coach them harder this week
00:56than we did last week, and act like they
00:59lost the game, very honestly.
01:01Talk about the state game to Florida State.
01:06The fact that we can talk about the Duke game
01:09now moving forward, because we've had Virginia Tech
01:11to Florida State.
01:12We've had NC State to Virginia, and now we've
01:16got Duke to Wake Forest.
01:17So there's a pattern here that we haven't stepped up
01:20as well after wins as we fought back after losses.
01:23So it's time for us to change that pattern and play better.
