00:00 Sure, you're right. I'm very fortunate, we do, Julian, we have a very diverse staff.
00:06 And truthfully, I think a lot of this is about education. And a lot of the staff members
00:11 have really helped other staff members, including myself, grow. And we've had a lot of conversations
00:17 amongst our staff that have been very helpful to me. We've had conversations with our football
00:22 team, with our leadership council. And just like I said, our number one goal right now
00:30 is to make sure our players are healthy going forward. The number one goal that we have
00:35 during this time is to be supportive of our players, whether that's to educate them, whether
00:40 that's to educate the staff, whether that's to take initiative and to take positive action
00:46 to help for change. Those are all things that we're actually doing and looking into right
00:51 now. And with the staff members we have, some of them spoke to the team, and they've done
00:57 a really good job. And the players have been great, the leadership council's been great.
01:02 And we've put together some initiatives. The players have asked to donate money to
01:09 a group, and we're in the process of collecting that money and trying to make some positive
01:15 action, positive change. We've been in touch with Boston Police, some members of the police
01:21 that the players wanted to be around. And when things get better, we're going to look
01:24 into that. We're looking into adopting a high school or a community center of underprivileged
01:32 kids so we can show up and help and take action and hopefully change lives. And that's the
01:38 thing that we keep stressing for one another. Yeah, the tweets are good and the posts are
01:45 good, but we want to take action. And the players have been behind that, the staff's
01:50 been behind that, and we want to support that.
