The Indians topped the Royals 9-2 at Progressive Field Sunday thanks in part to 10 K's for a returning Carlos Carrasco and two homers by Jose Ramirez. The Indians came out of their offensive shell with 13 hits in the win, and take two of three from Kansas City.

00:04 wrap up a weekend against the Kansas City Royals with a 9-2 win at
00:08 progressive field. Carlos Carrasco making his first start since May 30th of last
00:12 year was dominant. He went six innings. He struck out 10 Royal batters. As a
00:17 matter of fact, all three Indians starters from the weekend were very good.
00:20 Shane Bieber with 14 strikeouts in Friday night's win. Mike Clevenger also
00:25 was very good on Saturday despite the 3-2 loss in Carrasco here on Sunday with
00:29 10 strikeouts. The three Indians pitcher struck out 30 Royals in 19 innings over
00:34 the weekend. The Indians offense was led by Jose Ramirez who hit the first two
00:38 Indians home runs of the season. The Indians as a whole had 13 hits in the
00:42 contest and again scored nine runs this after scoring just two runs in each of
00:47 the first two games. The Indians will welcome in the Chicago White Sox for the
00:50 first of three on Monday night here at progressive field and Aaron Savali, the
00:54 second-year pitcher, will go for the tribe. Again, Carlos Carrasco making his
00:58 return to the mound for the Indians as they defeat the Kansas City Royals here
