Marketing Sales CTRA Turun 4% Yoy di Kuartal I-2024

PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) membukukan pra penjualan atau marketing sales turun 4%, jika dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama di tahun lalu. CTRA memastikan meski turun, realisasi pra penjualan telah mencapai 30% dari target di 2024.

00:22 which reported that the sales or marketing sales dropped by 4%
00:26 compared to the same period last year.
00:28 The CTRA assured that even though it dropped,
00:30 the sales have reached 30% of the target in 2024.
00:36 Quoted from the information released by the Bank of Indonesia,
00:42 the PTC Putra Development, or CTRA,
00:45 reported sales or marketing sales of Rp3.3 trillion in Q1 2024.
00:52 The sales dropped by 4% compared to the same period last year
00:57 in Rp3.4 trillion.
00:59 Even though the sales have dropped,
01:01 the sales have reached 30% of the target in 2024.
01:08 This achievement also surpassed the average in the last 5 years,
