00:00 The Malaysian university will take action against the 'fabricated' side in the issue of fabricating an academic from the US who claimed that Malaysia wanted the second holocaust when he delivered a speech yesterday.

00:15 Bruce Gilley, a professor of science politics at Portland State University, delivered a keynote speech titled "Will Malaysia Become an Active Middle Power" at the University of Malaya, where he also minimized the relationship between Malaysia and the US.

00:30 The UN, he said, is providing a complete report on the issue and has canceled any programs and activities scheduled for the foreign guests' speeches.

00:43 In his keynote speech, Gilley said that a country that supports the second holocaust against the Jews will not be a serious player in the world's affairs and will not be a friend or colleague of the US.

01:00 The UN said that to avoid a repeat of the same incident, it will add better procedures and stricter guidelines.

01:09 The university also condemned Gilley's recent statement regarding the safety aspect of flying to Malaysia.
