00:00 We need to have trainings or seminars in barangays to ensure that this plan, this goal be implemented.

00:08 So that's one of the things we will call the DILG, to ensure that all barangays,

00:13 because it's just a memo in the barangay to ensure that this can be done.

00:18 And also, we put up also the solo of the soloist on the Facebook page.

00:22 Because that's also the way in which they can contribute to us.

00:26 So if there's no solo parent, it's not implemented.

00:32 So that's also one of the things we will do.

00:34 We'll also do roadshows.

00:35 We will also go around the municipalities and provinces

00:38 and we'll work with the governors and mayors to ensure that they implement the law.

00:43 I've been browsing the internet about solo parents

00:46 because I want to see what existing organizations of solo parents,

00:50 who are the soldiers of solo parents that I haven't seen.

00:53 They have their own organizations and barangay-based.

00:57 Barangay-based, it's not even citywide.

01:00 They also have their own national council or whatever,

01:02 but there's only a little bit of information that you can see from their Facebook page.

01:07 That's why I decided to put this up so that they can have a place

01:11 where all national government agencies can be included to ensure all announcements will be there.

01:15 There's also same-sex.

01:17 Right? Sometimes, two men and two women.

01:22 So, we want to address that all kinds of families need to be raised.

01:28 No one should be left behind.

01:29 But if we see a male, how can he be alone in life?

01:35 It's hard enough to raise a family.

01:38 But how can you be alone?

01:40 It's more dangerous and difficult to raise a family.

01:43 I asked my family, "Do our families have solo parents?"

01:49 Where are they?

01:56 I asked them, "Why do you have solo parents?"

01:59 Because your spouse is living separately.
