00:00 As the Raptors get set to take on the Portland Trail Blazers tonight in their
00:03 second scrimmage game, there are three things that I'm going to be paying
00:07 attention to. Number one is what does Marc Gasol look like? It's been four
00:11 months since we've seen the big Spaniard play in a game and pictures of him
00:15 suggest he's got a totally different body. He slimmed up a lot and looks like
00:19 prime Marc Gasol according to Terrence Davis. It'll be interesting to see him
00:23 play tonight and Nick Nurse says he's expecting to go to the jumbo lineup
00:27 pretty early tonight against the Trail Blazers. Number two is kind of
00:31 interesting because Patrick McCaw is out tonight with an injury. It'll be his
00:35 second straight game he's missing and that's going to give some opportunity
00:38 for Terrence Davis and Rondae Hollis Jefferson to prove that they deserve the
00:43 eighth man role in the Raptors rotation. And the last thing I'm going to be
00:47 looking for is rust. There's still expected to be some rust on this team
00:51 and there will be for the foreseeable future, but last time out there was
00:55 certainly some rust on Pacil Siakam. That's the kind of thing that the
00:58 Raptors are hoping to develop over the next little while as they eventually get
01:02 into the seeding games and start the playoffs. I don't expect them to be
01:04 totally in tip-top shape until the playoffs start, but you want to see a
01:07 little bit of progression before the seeding games and certainly before the
01:11 playoffs. So those are the three things I will be looking for and the game will
01:15 tip off at 6 o'clock tonight on Sports Night.
