Would increasing alcohol prices reduce consumption?

00:37 high income. So in a way it's a little bit unfair. I think there are other ways of doing
00:43 it actually, other approaches, rather than just always putting prices up.

00:54 a week, well it's going to be more for them and that might be a struggle. So there we
00:58 are, I can see pros and cons.
