People on the street: Should shoplifters be given sympathy or stricter punishments?

The cost of living crisis has caused many people to turn to crime who perhaps would rather not, with some supermarkets now locking away baby formula and personal hygiene products to prevent them from being stolen.

With that in mind, we went to talk to the people on the street about what they feel towards these shoplifters.
