00:00 >> Good start, it's a good start for sure.
00:03 Will, like you said, he's got that recall of having so many at bats, as they say.
00:09 Right, I mean, he's played so much football and completed a bunch of balls and
00:12 thrown a bunch of touchdowns in college and the SEC.
00:15 And so we're really happy that he's here.
00:17 And then, yeah, the other guys obviously have great talent.
00:21 We know him from recruiting and that kind of thing, and just very impressed,
00:25 very impressed with where they are.
00:27 >> DeMond's doing a great job, he's light years ahead of a kid that really should be
00:31 in the hot lunch line.
00:32 He should still be in high school right now, and
00:34 he's out here playing college football in Husky Stadium.
00:37 And to do what he's doing is pretty special right now.
00:40 And then Demarcus is doing the same thing.
00:42 He's working at it, getting better.
00:44 He's obviously not getting the reps right now.
00:46 But when he is getting in there, he's had two pretty good practices the last two,
00:50 when he did get his opportunities to go in there through a touchdown pass in
00:53 the red zone today.
00:54 So a lot of good things to be encouraged about.
00:57 >> How much of that with Demarcus is not having the offensive line bodies to run
01:00 three units, and how much of that is his understanding of the offense and
01:02 just getting up to speed?
01:03 >> Yeah, I mean, right now, we don't even have two lines healthy,
01:07 let alone three, you know what I mean?
01:08 But we'll get there, we'll get there.
01:10 We know there's help on the way, obviously, in that regard.
01:14 And it's, again, just most of the work is really in there.
01:19 It's in the classroom for these guys right now, and
01:21 just getting comfortable with the schemes, getting comfortable with.
01:25 We make a correction how we want it to look the next time.
01:28 And mostly the guys right now, if we do something, we go back and correct it,
01:32 they don't do it again.
01:33 They're able to come out and fix it, which is so huge.
01:37 That's how you get better.
01:39 I mean, that's the essence of what we're doing here.
01:41 So really proud of him from that standpoint, and
01:44 Demarcus is no different with that, just keeps getting better.
