03:36 What started out at the beginning of the round,
03:38 it looked like Davis may have caught him early,
03:41 may have heard him, and had an opportunity to maybe put him away.
03:45 And Rockman gets his composure,
03:49 hangs in there, picks his shots,
03:52 gets that nice jab in his face,
03:54 got himself back into that rhythm,
03:57 and then at the end of the round, he really took it to him.
03:59 So that round at the beginning to the halfway point,
04:02 I would have gave it to Davis.
04:03 But Rockman came back, and a lot of the judges,
04:05 they always basically see what's at the end of the round,
04:09 and a lot of times that's where they'll score the round.
04:12 So Rockman, I think, pulled it off at the end,
04:15 but he took some good shots at the beginning of the round.
04:17 That was a fantastic back-and-forth round,
04:19 and it really seemed like Davis knew he was the underdog,
04:23 and he said, "I'm going to make you respect me in this opening round."
04:27 No doubt, and that's exactly what he did,
04:29 and it's exactly what he said in the pre-fight interview.

05:51 be patient, and most likely your opponent will fatigue a little bit
05:56 because no one can keep up that pace necessarily,
05:58 and it seems like that's playing out in round two.

06:02 He said, "Listen, I know this guy's going to come after me,
06:05 and he's going to try to go for broke at the first round
06:08 and try to get his knockout, but when that doesn't work,"
06:11 quote, unquote, "When that doesn't work,

07:48 but, you know, Davis finished off with a nice little shot there
07:51 at the end, but very entertaining four-round fight.
07:54 What a way to get this thing poppin'.

08:03 How much do you think Rockman's experience being in the gym
08:06 with his father, with his brother,
08:08 is helping him get through this challenge here?
08:11 Well, you know, he's got--listen to me.
08:13 He is from a fighting family.
08:17 You know, his brother, his dad, you know,
08:19 so he's got great pedigree,
08:21 and he knows how to basically navigate himself
08:24 through these opportunities and through these four-round fights,
08:28 but it's very difficult for a guy that's 7-0 to go to four-rounders
08:33 because you have guys like Davis that can go out there
08:35 for one or two rounds, show out, and then, you know,
08:38 like I said, you know, you could take a loss
08:40 in a four-round fight.
08:42 I never liked four-round fights for guys.
08:44 You know, obviously, it's the progression.
08:46 You got to go through it, and you got to do those four-rounders,
08:48 but I always like six-rounders because if you give up a round,
08:50 at least you have an opportunity to get back in there.
