00:44the province of South Cotabato was approved to be included in the State of Calamity due to the effect of El Nino.

00:54The provincial disaster risk reduction and management office used Php 25 million budget

01:02to help the individuals in South Cotabato affected by El Nino.

01:07How about the workers, laborers of farmers who don't own land area?

01:17We also allocated a little financial assistance that will be lodged to the provincial social welfare and development office

01:24so that we can provide assistance even if it's just a little.

01:27In the latest report of PDRRMO South Cotabato, Php 202 million was allocated due to El Nino,

01:36which is not only affected by crops but also by livestock and infrastructure.

01:42Three thousand farmers in the province are also affected by El Nino.

01:47So as to corn production, we have a total of 55,000 corn farmers.

01:57In high value, we have 63,000.

02:01In inland fishery, we have 3,922 farmers.

02:12South Cotabato is the second province in the Socsargen region to be included in the State of Calamity due to El Nino,
