00:04 some of the stories that are making the headlines in our print edition which is
00:07 on sale now. Both Falkirk Council and Forth Valley Royal Hospital have been
00:12 under the spotlight and inspections show both are improving but warn more needs
00:17 to be done. Falkirk was reviewed by the watchdog
00:20 the Accounts Commission who said there had been lots of good work in the last
00:23 few years but warned more work is needed to identify how it is going to plug a
00:28 62 million pound black hole in its finances. The Larbert Hospital had a
00:33 return visit from health inspectors who found that it had met eight of 17
00:37 recommendations previously made but that left nine outstanding and more work was

00:52 covered. A denny teenager is pleading for help to fund a stomach surgery which she

01:21 Festival. The latest exhibition at Calendar House features the work of
01:26 acclaimed Falkirk born artist Leith Hanson and we've got all the details. A
01:31 visit to Falkirk camera club had a story in Ian Scott reminiscing about all those
01:36 who had captured Falkirk's history and images over the years. In sport there's so
