00:20 who's just delivered the very first Budget for her time as Premier. So the big takeaways

00:35 much a savings Budget for the Labor Government. But there are a few wins for various groups,
00:43 including a primary school that's going to get millions of dollars for upgrades. There's
00:47 also money being spent on a treatment plant for groundwater in mines. We don't know exactly
