00:33 According to the Foreign Affairs Department,

01:54 through the Diplomatic Channel and AFP-Westcom

02:01 together with the Defense Secretary and National Security Advisor.

02:09 Vice Admiral Alberto Carlos.

02:12 But the first thing that the Armed Forces spokesman said
