(Adnkronos) - “Noi magistrati non dobbiamo avere una diffidenza a priori rispetto all’IA, dobbiamo comprendere che non si tratta di uno strumento che non sarà mai idoneo a sostituire la decisione che resta umana e anche a livello costituzionale del giudice ma sarà sicuramente di ausilio per un reperimento più mirato dei precedenti sia da parte nostra sia da parte degli avvocati. Per fornire un servizio più adeguato alla collettività”.
