00:03 How did that operation feel?
00:05 >> Yeah, we've been at it, phase two, just wrapped up phase two,
00:09 week two with our guys.
00:11 So we've been out there with the offense and
00:13 the defense kind of for the last couple weeks.
00:16 And Josh McCown, the best thing Josh does is he communicates in a way
00:23 that is so full of information and knowledge.
00:25 I've been a guy that played as long as he did and
00:27 really worked through a lot of aspects of the position as a player.
00:30 But he's got an unbelievable aspect of teaching, how he communicates things,
00:34 how he can demonstrate things, how he can allow a player to kind of get it.
00:38 And understand that that next rep is either gonna solidify that or
00:42 it's gonna provide another opportunity to coach.
00:44 And Josh has absolutely been awesome from day one and
00:48 it goes back long before today, long before even phase two.
00:52 Grant Udinski is a phenomenal young coach and
00:54 has helped me out so much these first two years in a lot more ways than just
00:58 coaching a position or really being my right hand man.
