00:22 Asec, as of today, were there added to the list of 276 cities and municipalities that declared State of Calamity, Asec?
00:31 Yes, that's right Dominic. As of 6am today, there were 277 cities and municipalities that declared State of Calamity.
00:41 And as you mentioned earlier, that includes the entire province and the region, which is BARMM.
00:49 Asec, in the areas where you personally visited, how are the stories of the affected by El Nido and what are you telling them to ease their worries, Asec?

01:09 I just came from Zamboanga Peninsula, where President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. came from, to get help from the office of the President.

02:44 It is not included the assistance that the President himself provided to regions 9 and 12, which is cash assistance, presidential assistance to farmers, fisherfolk and families.
02:57 Asec, what are the preparations for the upcoming landinia and how strong is the expected effect of this, Asec?
03:06 Yes, the expectation is that the landinia will be weak to moderate. But on the other hand, we are still preparing.
03:16 The DPWH and other government agencies are preparing for flood control projects, including the preparation of water impounding facilities and catchment systems
