00:30 First of all, can we expect to extend the water service interruption that is happening in the areas surrounding Manila?
00:46 What is the schedule for this?
00:48 This activity, Maris, in Las Piñas, Manuyo 2, we did it because the DPWH needs to lay the drainage line.

01:11 We completed our decommissioning activity early this morning and like the customer earlier, we returned the service to the affected area.

01:39 This is just a one-time interruption, Maris. We finished it at 2 p.m. earlier.

01:53 But ma'am, you are doing this water maintenance activities regularly for the residents who are affected.
02:04 Why do you need to do this water interruption regularly?
02:10 That's right, Maris. Every week, we schedule our maintenance activities on our website and social media accounts.
02:19 Different areas are affected by these small maintenance activities.
02:24 And because it is scheduled, our customers have prior advice. So it is better for the consumers to be aware of the schedule in their area if there is one.
02:34 Is there a possibility that even if you are doing your maintenance activities weekly, it is not continuous?
02:47 It is possible, but typically, it is continuous. It is just a one-off chance if it is not continuous.
02:55 Ma'am, how is the supply of water from the dams?
03:05 Did it decrease because of the recent heat wave? Can you update us?
03:13 Well, for now, the allocation is still at 50 cubic meters per second for MWSS.
03:20 So it means that at this level, our service level is normal to our customers.
03:25 Although we are monitoring that because the water supply in the dams is decreasing,
03:30 the DNR mentioned that the allocation can be reduced by May 16.
03:38 So that is what we are preparing so that we will not be affected.
03:43 What is the assurance that we can give to the residents of Manila who are affected by regular water maintenance activities?
03:57 Do we have a supply that we can give them if the water in their area really stopped?
