00:37The first carb to drop a dress size are shirataki noodles. This is for all the pasta lovers out there
00:41This is an Asian noodle. It's what it looks like. It's made from the from the root of a yam and
00:46It has precisely 10 calories per 2-ounce serving
00:50I mean say regular pasta is 200 calories per 2-ounce serving Wow. So there's a big difference there
00:56I have to love this. I like with marinara sauce. You can use it. Just what about with Alfredo sauce any any sauce?
