00:00 You know, they've been watching every minute on the tally, even people who don't really
00:04 see, you'd be surprised some people didn't even know he plays here.
00:06 And so actually he said, "Oh, that's his table over in the corner."
00:09 And it's good, it's good.
00:10 And like you said, it's personal on the map.
00:13 Jack Jones' historic run to the final of the World Championships was a true whirlwind
00:18 for Snuka.
00:19 The 30-year-old had only made it to the semifinals of the Gibraltar Open before this, so his
00:23 run at the Crucible was one of the stories of the last few years.
00:26 And that certainly isn't lost on his club at Reds in his hometown of Cwmbran.
00:30 It's been manic.
00:31 I mean, you can imagine, especially when he got to the latter stage of the tournament,
00:35 the club's been rammed.
00:37 We all know Jack, but the thing is, Jack, he's unassuming.
00:40 He's got his own table.
00:41 People just let him get on with it.
00:43 He will interact with people.
00:44 He's not in any way shy about talking, but he will talk to people.
00:49 But the last couple of days have been unbelievable.
00:52 Obviously, your press come in.
00:53 We've been all over the news, which is great for the club.
00:56 It puts us on the map.
00:58 Jason thinks that after his performance at the Crucible, we're going to see an awful
01:01 lot more of Jack Jones in the future.
01:03 He only played sort of 50 per cent of his game up there, so he's got a lot more to give.
01:08 And he's only 30, so fingers crossed, next season he'll have that impetus to move on,
01:15 to win more tournaments, or to get to the latter stages of more tournaments.
01:19 So fingers crossed for all that.
01:21 Thousands of Welsh fans across the country would have tuned in to watch Jack throughout
01:25 the competition, and there's hope for many that this will be a massive boost for budding
01:28 young snooker players all around Wales.
01:31 That's the future members of my club.
01:33 And of course, now they've got Jack, and they love him on a Saturday morning.
01:37 They'll see him playing, and they'll watch him.
01:39 They're trying to emulate him in the future.
01:41 So that's the future members of the club, future professionals.
01:44 Of course, it's going to be, I'm going to put this, if you see someone on the next table
01:50 too, potting balls and they're a professional and he's a world champion, it's going to make
01:53 you want to play better, try harder, go and ask Dad for a snooker game for Christmas.
