00:00 It's hard to ride some of the passengers in Manila because the unconsolidated jeeps are now catching up.

00:07 Only a few are traveling on some routes.

00:16 50 jeeps of the Paranahoda group have stopped traveling.

00:23 They are not consolidated so they are afraid of being caught by the authorities and a fine of a lot.

00:30 The driver's fine is P10,000.

00:33 That's different from the P50,000 fine for the jeep itself.

00:37 Earlier, we caught two jeeps that were traveling but they were stopped.

00:41 Their fellow drivers were afraid that they would be caught.

00:44 The passengers are dismayed at what happened, especially since only three modern jeeps were traveling on the routes.

00:50 The drivers are determined to cross the road but they don't want to be caught.

00:55 Here is the statement of the drivers and passengers we spoke to.
