00:13 Good morning. The special action and intelligence committee for transport here at EDSA busway is continuing to investigate the illegal people passing through EDSA busway.

00:29 Some riders thought that they will be able to travel faster this Monday morning when they passed through EDSA busway carousel.

00:37 But they were even more worried and their pockets were even opened.

00:41 Because the operatives of SAIC are waiting here at the southbound lane below EDSA Ortigas flyover.

00:46 They stopped the 8 riders and inspected their documents.

00:51 They also confiscated their license and initiated a traffic violation ticket so that they can only hold that.

01:00 The violation of driving without license is worth P3,000 if your license is forgotten or expired, aside from the traffic regulation that was violated.
