00:00 Some eggplant dip out of a tub.
00:02 Yep.
00:03 Some hummus out of a tub.
00:04 Danish.
00:05 And some tzatziki out of a tub.
00:06 And then, Wasey, what you do is you use those as your spreads.
00:09 So you take the idea of that...
00:11 So I don't need butter?
00:13 You don't need any butter, no.
00:14 So you do something like, say, tzatziki on sort of one side.
00:18 Mm-hm.
00:19 And you just sort of smear that around.
00:21 And then with things like tomatoes, when you make a sandwich,
00:24 you've got to be careful, again, that it holds together.
00:26 Because if it doesn't hold together,
00:28 then it all falls out on you.
00:30 So a little bit of hummus goes on.
00:32 And then to that, once you've done that,
00:34 and again, it's not very much, because it's going to squeeze together.
00:37 Yeah, it is, yeah.
00:38 Then you add your tomatoes.
00:39 Slice that.
00:40 Whip them up.
00:41 So they go on and they hold together, which is quite nice.
00:44 Yep.
00:45 Again, now we've got to try and think about lettuce, the next one.
00:47 Aubergine, not the most sort of normal thing to be in a sandwich,
00:51 but what we've done is got everybody to eat cucumber,
00:54 aubergine, lettuce, tomatoes.
00:57 And when you put your lettuce on the sandwich,
00:59 sounds weird, turn it over.
01:01 So it holds?
01:03 So it holds into a spot.
01:05 So that's why, if you go that way, it's going to fall out.
01:09 See, you've got to cup it.
01:11 You've got to cup it.
01:12 You like a bit of cupping, don't you?
01:13 Yes, well, look, I mean, obviously it's going to work.
01:15 [no dialogue]
